Helvetica.
One of my favorite segments from Helvetica was when swiss and 1950's design was explained. Being able to look back and see what used to be made and how we are progressing is a great thing if we want to learn from the past. It also makes you seriously wonder where the world of design is going to be in fifty years?
Another favorite moment was when helvetica was first being introduced. They explained how most companies would use Helvetica because it was neutral and could be used in many different ways. I like the idea of having one font that can do this. This multipurpose application would be invaluable to have.
