Sustainable Business
This company seems like the bee's knees. The section on McDonald's makes me wonder why they haven't changed their way of doing business in the US? If the majority of our culture cared more about their food source and started to boycott would they change the way they do business? Especially if McDonald's already knows that this sustainable method works in Sweden.
Cradle to Cradle
This reading makes me wonder about our own studio practices. Why do we print off so many paper iterations if we now the ecological impact of this practice?
