I prefer the typography in the third version. Really like the sign-painter connotation of the header type. It's a nice layer to the casual, pop, americana feel of the bottle caps. I'm unsure of the red shapes though -- they seem arbitrary. Maybe try incorporating the bubble shapes from the first version? I don't think "50's soda jerk" is the right tone really, b/c you are dealing mostly with beer caps, not soda caps.

The micro pages are on the right track. The name of the beverage could be more dominant. Does it get the fun type treatment? I would try giving it more importance that then title of the inforgraph.
Homework: refine one design direction. let's see the final macro and micro again. Also a finish all info graphs and have them placed in the appropriate pages. Shoot me an email if any of this is unclear or if you have questions.
